Packaging

Goods are repackaged in cleaned original boxes or new brown boxes which are retail ready. Each box will contain a label stating the make, model, serial number, and a scannable barcode for inventory based systems.

CEI 30 day "no hassle" return policy:

• Items returned for 'auction related' reason can be returned at CEI's expense. CEI will issue a pre-paid return label via the sellling platform process.
• Buyer pays for return shipping on all non-auction related returns (i.e. changed mind on purchase).

CEI items come with a 30-Day "hassle free' return option. At CEI we take pride in our customer service and go beyond to ensure we provide as much information as possible on every auction. If you experience any issues with your item within 30 days of your purchase, please reach out to us and we will take care of you. At CEI, we will do everything we can to make your CEI purchase a pleasurable and valued experience.

We are confident on the quality of our items and because of that we offer free returns. Customers who return items with illegitimate return reasons are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original order to cover our extra cost.

Items altered in any way by the buyer (self repair, changing components, altering of physical configuration, etc…) may incur fees deducted from the final refund price and/or invalidate the CEI 30 Day 'no hassle' return policy entirely.

Restocking Fee.  

A 15 % restocking fee will be applied to all products returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (less original shipping charge). All product must be returned 'unaltered' and in same condition as shipped by Compu Exec.
