Clothing
"New":  CEI certifies that the item is brand new
(has never been sold or worn). Clothing 'may' have been removed from
packaging for inspection and/or picture taking purposes.

Clothing "Used / Store Return": CEI has inspected and certified the item to have no
Marks, Snags, or Blemishes.

Jewelry Appraisals:
Jewelry received with appraisals will be listed as such and the appraisal will
be pictured in the gallery.

Jewelry Verified by Independent
Jeweler: Items stated as "Independent Jeweler Certified"
indicates that CEI has paid for an independent jeweler to verify the quality of
the entire item.

Appraised and Verified: Indicates
items purchased by CEI that arrived with an 'appraisal' and, CEI also paid for
an independent verification by an local jeweler.

CEI Jewelry Certification:
CEI is not a 'Jewelry Appraiser' and as such, does not directly commit to
jewelry quality. Non Certified or Verified jewelry may contain a
Recommended Retail Price (RRP). RRPs are provided to CEI by the 'selling'
entity (Estate Sale, Government Seizures, Liquidation company(s), overstock,
etc...).  

Certified Coins: Coins
listed as 'certified' will arrive in the sealed certified container, and can be
verified by the certification authority (PCGS, NGC, ANACS, etc...).

has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer's
operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in LIKE NEW/RETAIL
READY condition with SLIGHT cosmetic defects (minor blemishes and/or light
scratches).

REFURBISHED GRADE-B
Inventory has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original
manufacturer's operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in
LIKE NEW/RETAIL READY condition with SLIGHT cosmetic defects (minor blemishes
and/or light scratches).

REFURBISHED GRADE-C
Inventory has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original
manufacturer's operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in
LIKE NEW/RETAIL READY condition with SIGNIFICANT cosmetic defects (significant
blemishes and/or significant scratches, dents, or frame damage).

Packaging

Goods are repackaged in cleaned original boxes or new brown
boxes which are retail ready. Each box will contain a label stating the make,
model, serial number, and a scannable barcode for inventory based systems.

CEI reserves the right to upgrade your shipping to 'best available' shipping
service.

Ex. An item listed as 'standard shipping' at a cost of $4.95 may
